Helping Hands is an interactive kiosk which acts as information and payment counter. It can be strategically placed in places like malls, airports and other public area’s waiting spaces.
The users place their palm on the Kiosk, responding to the CTA, which would be strategically placed at public areas

The kiosk displays relevant information about current disasters
and natural calamities

The user  gets a message with the link to complete the donation process. The link can be used even after the person leaves the kiosk.

The donors get to decide the item and its quantity from a list that they would want to donate. The list is updated by the responsible authorities on ground zero. The donor proceeds to donate securely and the consignment gets assigned to the nearest dealer for delivery

A QR code with the information of the dealer, volunteer name  and the donor is assigned to the physical goods’ container. Regular updates regarding the status of the donated goods is sent to the donor creating the feeling of trust and encouragement for future donations.
